Crust:

1 1/2 cups
low-fat graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup
light margarine, softened

granulated sugar

Filling:

14 ozs
fat-free sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup
orange carbonated beverage

2 tsps
orange peel, grated

4 drops
yellow food coloring

2 cups
Cool Whip Free, thawed
To prepare crust, combine crumbs, margarine, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press mixture firmly in a 9" pie pan. Chill one hour, or until firm. Or, bake in a 350 oven for ten minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on rack before filling. To prepare filling, sweetened condensed milk, carbonated beverage, orange peel, and yellow food coloring in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into crust. Freeze six hours or until firm. Let stand ten minutes before serving.
