Glaze:

powdered sugar

fat-free milk

1/2 tsp
peppermint extract

peppermint candies, finely crushed
Preheat oven to 325. Prepare a 9" x 13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, whipped topping mix, evaporated milk, oil, eggs, and half teaspoon of peppermint extract. Mix until all is moistened. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake for 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Meanwhile, to prepare the glaze, whisk together powder sugar, milk, and remaining peppermint extract. Mix until smooth. Spread over warmed cake. Sprinkle top evenly with crushed peppermint candies.
