Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9" x 5" loaf pan with cooking spray. Place loaf pan onto a baking sheet; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine beans, chicken, onions, egg, crumbs, half cup ketchup, parsley, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Shape into prepared loaf pan; set aside. To prepare basing sauce, combine reserved bean liquid and remaining ketchup. Mix well. Base meatloaf with 1/3 sauce. Bake loaf for one hour, or until loaf reaches 185 on a meat thermometer. Pour remaining sauce over loaf five minutes before removing from oven.
