fat-free plain yogurt
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare 9" x 5" loaf pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flours, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda, orange peel, and salt; set aside. In a small bowl, combine raisins and water. In a food processor, process until smooth. In a mixing bowl, combine raisin mixture, orange juice, and yogurt. Add dry ingredients and mix until moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for one hour and 15 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
