Green Bean Casserole

Adapted from Unilever

  • 20 ozs frozen green beans, thawed
  • 1 1/4 ozs onion mushroom soup mix
  • 1 tbsp unbleached flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 2 ozs cheddar cheese
  • Topping:
  • 2 tbsps bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsps parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsps cheddar cheese, shredded
Green Bean Casserole
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine onion mushroom soup mix, flour, salt, and milk. Mix well. Add green beans and two ounces cheese. In a smaller bowl, combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and remaining cheese. Sprinkle evenly over top green bean mixture. Bake 25 minutes, or until heated through.
