Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine onion mushroom soup mix, flour, salt, and milk. Mix well. Add green beans and two ounces cheese. In a smaller bowl, combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and remaining cheese. Sprinkle evenly over top green bean mixture. Bake 25 minutes, or until heated through.
