turkey ham, cooked and cubed

egg noodles, cooked and drained

onions, chopped

low-fat cream of mushroom soup

fat-free milk

cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a 8" square casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine ham, noodles, and onions. Mix well; set aside. In a liquid measure, combine soup and milk; mixing well. Pour over ham mixture and mix. Spread ham mixture into prepared dish. Sprinkle cheese over top. Cover and bake for 20 minutes, or until heated through.
