low-fat cream of mushroom soup

Place hash browns and onions into a 2-quart glass casserole dish. Cover and microwave on high for eight minutes. Stir in soup, sour cream, onions, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix well. Cover and microwave on medium high for six minutes, stirring once during cooking time. Let stand, covered, for five minutes before serving.
