                                low sodium chicken broth

                                1/2 cup
                                onions, chopped

                                celery, sliced

                                6     ozs
                                carrots, sliced

                                2     tsps
                                pizza seasoning
                            
- 
                                1/2 tsp
                                black pepper
                            
- 
                                1     lb
                                chicken breast halves skinless, cubed
                            
- 
                                2     cups
                                instant brown rice, cooked
                            
 
                    
             
            
In a large saucepan, combine chicken broth, onions, celery, and carrots. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add pizza seasoning, black pepper, chicken cubes, and cooked rice. Simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
