elbow macaroni, cooked and drained

Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a 1 1/2-quart dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a small bowl, combine tomato paste and water; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine macaroni, cheeses, parsley, and salt. Mix well. Add tomato paste mixture. Spread mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes, or until heated through.
