Crust:

mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a standard pie pan with cooking spray; set aside. Prepare crust according to package directions using a half cup of water. Spread the bottom of the crust with mustard; set aside. In a large skillet, cook zucchini and onions until vegetables are tender; stirring often. Stir in salt, pizza seasoning, and black pepper. Mix well. Cool. In a small bowl, combine eggs and cheese. Add to cooked vegetables and mix well. Spread mixture evenly into crust. Bake for 25 minutes, or until crust is lightly browned and center is set.
