canned diced tomatoes, undrained

no-salt-added dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

In a large saucepan, cook chicken, onions, and jalapenos until chicken is no longer pink. Add tomatoes, kidney beans, pumpkin, chili powder, and salt. Mix well and bring to a boil.
