spaghetti sauce mix

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 12-cup fluted pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, bread crumbs, egg whites, water, spaghetti sauce mix, onions, and bell peppers. Mix until well blended. Pack firmly into prepared pan. Bake for one hour, or until it reaches 185 on a meat thermometer. Let stand 10 minutes, then unmold. Serve hot and garnished with ketchup.
