low-fat graham crackers, broken in half

fat-free cream cheese, softened

fat-free milk

lemon pudding mix, instant

Cool Whip Free, thawed
Place half the graham crackers into bottom of a 9"x13" pan; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, milk, and pudding mix. Mix until smooth. Spread half the mixture over graham crackers in pan. Arrange remaining graham crackers over top. Spread remaining pudding mixture over top. Spread whipped topping evenly over top pudding mixture. Freeze two hours, or until dessert is firm.
