low-fat graham cracker crumbs

walnuts, chopped

fat-free cream cheese, softened

fat-free sweetened condensed milk

lemon juice
Preheat oven to 325. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, margarine, and walnuts. Mix until crumbly. Reserve 1/3 cup. Press remaining onto bottom of a 13"x9" pan; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth. Spoon mixture on top of crumb mixture in pan. Sprinkle top with reserved crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes, or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
