white chocolate chips

sliced almonds, toasted

margarine, softened

granulated sugar

lemon peel, grated

lemon extract
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside. In a smaller bowl, combine flour, chocolate chips, almonds, baking powder, and salt; set aside. In another mixing bowl, combine margarine sugar, lemon peel, eggs, and lemon extract. Mix until smooth. Add dry ingredients just until all is moistened. Divide dough in half. Shape each into a 12" x 1" log on a lightly floured surface. Bake 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Reduce heat to 325. Remove to wire rack and cool then minutes. Transfer to a cutting board; cut diagonally with sharp knife into one inch slices. Place cut side down on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes more, or until firm. Once slices have cooled, dip each into melted chocolate. Chill until chocolate is firm.
