miniature marshmallows

low-fat graham crackers, coarsely chopped

cocktail peanuts, coarsely chopped

In a saucepan, melt margarine on low heat. Add marshmallows. Cook until melted and smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in cracker crumbs, currants, and peanuts. Mix well. Spread mixture into a prepared 8" square pan. Chill one hour or until firm. Cut into bars.
