bananas, mashed, 2 bananas

cocoa powder, sifted
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 13"x9" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and margarine until creamy. Add bananas, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until moistened. Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until all is moistened. Drop half batter by spoonfuls into prepared pan. To remaining batter, add cocoa powder. Mix well. Drop spoonfuls of chocolate batter in pan over banana batter. Gently swirl to achieve a marbled effect. Bake for 20 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
