onions, chopped and cooked

low-sodium worcestershire sauce

buttery crackers, crushed

ground chicken breast skinless

salt
In a mixing bowl, combine onions, ketchup, lemon juice, cajun seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, crushed crackers, chicken breast, and salt. Mix well and shape into balls. Preheat oven to 350. Place meatballs onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
