Preheat oven to 375. Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, one an half cups spaghetti sauce, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, pizza seasoning, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well. Place evenly into prepared pan. Spread remaining spaghetti sauce evenly over top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and baking for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
