Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9" square dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine chili, salsa, mushrooms, and seasoning. Mix well. Layer 1/3 noodles, cottage cheese, chili mixture, and cheese in prepared pan. Repeat layers twice. Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbly.
