bananas, mashed, 2 bananas

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare 23 1 3/4" muffin cups with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, allspice, salt, egg, buttermilk, bananas, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until moistened. Spoon batter evenly into each prepared muffin cup. Bake for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
