frozen blueberries
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare eighteen 1 3/4" muffin cups with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until combined. Add egg, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until moistened. Fold in blueberries. Spoon 1/4 cup batter into each prepared cup. Bake for ten minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
