Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 8" square pan with cooking spray; set aside. Separate dough into four rectangles. Press to seal perforations. Brush margarine over top. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over top margarine. Press raisins over sugar-cinnamon mixture. Starting at shorter side, roll up each rectangle. Cut each into five slices, forming twenty slices all together. Place cut-side-down in prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Meanwhile to prepare glaze, combine powdered sugar and milk. Mix until drizzling consistency. Drizzle over warm rolls.
