Crust:

low-fat graham cracker crumbs

margarine, melted

peppermint extract

fat-free sweetened condensed milk

mint creme sandwich cookies, chopped

cocktail peanuts, chopped

green candies
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. To prepare crust, combine graham crackers, margarine, and peppermint extract until combined. Press mixture evenly onto bottom of prepared pan. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over top. Sprinkle chopped cookies, peanuts and candies evenly over top, pressing lightly in place. Bake for 20 minutes, or until edges are lightly browned.
