Crust:

chocolate graham crackers, crushed fine

light margarine, softened

fat-free cream cheese, softened

green food coloring

fudge mint cookies, coarsely crushed

Cool Whip Free, thawed
To prepare crust, combine crushed graham crackers, margarine, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press mixture firmly in a 9" pie pan. Chill one hour, or until firm. Or, bake in a 350 oven for ten minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on rack before filling. To prepare filling, combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and food coloring. Mix until smooth. Add cookies and whipped topping. Mix well. Pour into crust. Chill several hours before serving
