12 ozs
fat-free cream cheese, softened

8 ozs
cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup
onions, chopped

1/4 cup
olives, chopped

1/2 cup
buttery crackers, crushed fine
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onions, and olives. Mix well. Chill until firm. Then form into a ball and roll in crushed crackers. Chill again before serving. Serve with assorted crackers.
