canned mushrooms, rinsed and drained

In a 3 1/2 - quart slow cooker, combine meat, mushroom soup, water, mushrooms, and onion soup mix. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for eight hours, or until meat is cooked through. Serve over cooked noodles.
