Mushroom Beef Stew

Adapted from Crock Pot Recipe Collection

  • 13 ozs extra lean beef stew meat, cubed
  • 10 3/4 ozs low-sodium cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 ozs canned mushrooms, rinsed and drained
  • 1 oz onion soup mix
  • 6 ozs egg noodles, cooked
Mushroom Beef Stew
In a 3 1/2 - quart slow cooker, combine meat, mushroom soup, water, mushrooms, and onion soup mix. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for eight hours, or until meat is cooked through. Serve over cooked noodles.
