quick cooking oats

1/2 cup
unbleached flour

baking soda

egg

low-fat buttermilk

olive oil
In a mixing bowl, combine oats, flour, and baking soda. Mix well. Add egg, buttermilk, and oil. Mix until all is moistened. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto greased hot griddle. Cook on each side for four minutes, or until lightly browned.
