Peachy Keen Dessert

Adapted from Crock Pot

  • 1 1/3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 2/3 cup low-fat baking mix
  • 2 tsps cinnamon
  • 32 ozs frozen sliced peaches, thawed and drained
Peachy Keen Dessert
In a mixing bowl, combine oats, sugars, baking mix, and cinnamon. Add peaches. Mix well. Pour mixture into a 3 1/2 -quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for five hours, or until mixture is moistened.
