cinnamon

fresh pears, chopped

dried figs, chopped
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare 12 standard muffins cups with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine milk, oil, and egg. Mix well. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, pears, and figs. Mix until all is moistened. Pour batter evenly among muffin cups. Bake for 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
