banana quick bread mix

Glaze:

powdered sugar, sifted

crushed pineapple, drained

pineapple juice
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare bottom only of a 8" square dish; set aside. To prepare cake, combine bread mix, 3/4 cup pineapple juice, 1/3 cup pineapple, eggs, and oil in a mixing bowl. Mix until all is moistened. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake for 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Meanwhile, to prepare glaze, combine powdered sugar, remaining pineapple, and remaining pineapple juice in a small bowl. Mix until spreading consistency. When cake has cooled, spread with glaze.
