crushed pineapple, undrained

olive oil
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare 12 muffin pans with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cereal, flour, brown sugar, raisins, baking powder, apple pie spice, salt, and baking soda. Add pineapple, milk, egg, and oil. Mix until all is moistened. Spoon two ounces of batter into each muffin pan. Bake for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
