ground chicken breast skinless

onions, chopped

no-salt-added tomato sauce

spaghetti sauce mix

pizza seasoning

water

mozzarella cheese, shredded
In a large skillet, cook chicken and onions until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce mix, pizza seasoning, and water. Mix well and bring to boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add cooked egg noodles and cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.
