bone-in pork center loin chops

low sodium cream of chicken soup, undiluted

canned mushrooms, rinsed and drained

yellow mustard

red potatoes, unpeeled and cut into thin slices

onions, sliced
In a large skillet, brown pork chops on each side; set aside. Meanwhile, combine soup, mushrooms, mustard, chicken broth, garlic, salt, basil, and black pepper in a 6-quart slow cooker. Add potatoes and onion slices. Mix well. Place pork chops on top of mixture in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for seven hours, or on high for 5 hours.
