walnuts, chopped

Topping:

1/4 c
light brown sugar, packed

walnuts, chopped

light margarine, softened
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 8" x 4" loaf pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine quick bread mix, cinnamon, cloves, and 1/4 cup walnuts. Mix well. Add water, egg, and olive oil. Mix until all is moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan. Meanwhile, to prepare topping, combine brown sugar, remaining walnuts, and margarine. Sprinkle over top mixture. Bake for one hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
