Crust:

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9"x13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. To prepare crust, combine flour, oats, and brown sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Stir in oil until crumbly. Reserve half cup mixture. Press remaining mixture onto bottom of prepared pan; set aside. To prepare filling, combine cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add cornstarch, pumpkin pie spice, eggs, and pumpkin pie mix. Mix well. Spread evenly on top of crust. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake for one hour, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
