Preheat oven to 450. Prepare a 11"x7" pan with cooking spray. Arrange six graham crackers onto bottom of pan; set aside. In a large saucepan, melt margarine. Add pumpkin, buttermilk, and pumpkin pie spice. Heat through. Add graham cracker crumbs. Mix well. Spread half the pumpkin mixture evenly over graham crackers in pan. Press 1/4 cup chocolate chips and press 1/4 cup marshmallows onto pumpkin mixture. Repeat layers. Bake for ten minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned.
