Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a jelly-roll pan with cooking spray and flour; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, one egg, and margarine. Mix until well blended. Press into prepared pan. In another mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin, remaining eggs, and salt. Mix well. Pour over crust. Sprinkle walnuts over top. Bake for 30 minutes, or until filling is set. Cool in pan 20 minutes. Chill. Cut into one and a half inch bars.
