canned pumpkin

Heat Belgian waffle iron and spray with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine baking mix, wheat germ and pumpkin pie spice. Stir in buttermilk, pumpkin, oil, and eggs. Mix until all is moistened. Pour half cup batter per waffle onto center of hot waffle iron. Bake for four minutes, or as directed from your waffle iron instructions.
