Grands Reduced Fat Buttermilk biscuits
In a liquid measure, melt margarine. Add brown sugar, corn syrup, and cinnamon. Cook, uncovered on medium for 70 seconds, or until sugar is dissolved. Spoon two tablespoons mixture evenly into ten microwave-safe muffin pans, sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle half tablespoon pecans on top of each. Place one biscuit over nuts in each pan. Cook, uncovered on medium for four minutes, or until biscuits are done. Let stand one minute. Invert on to serving plate.
