canned dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed

low-fat spaghetti sauce

In a large saucepan, cook chicken and onions until chicken is no longer pink. Add chili powder, beans, spaghetti sauce, and salt. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally for 20 minutes, or until heated through.
