Ravioli Bake

Adapted from Microwave Cooking

  • 15 ozs beef ravioli in tomato and meat sauce
  • 1 c mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 c onions, chopped
  • 3 ozs mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 c croutons, crushed
In a mixing bowl, combine beef ravioli, mushrooms, onions, cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix well. Spread in a 1-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with croutons. Cover loosely and microwave until ravioli mixture is hot, five minutes.
