canned sauerkraut, drained

onions, chopped

turkey kielbasa, sliced

mashed potato flakes, prepared
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 2- quart square casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine sauerkraut and onions. Spread into prepared dish. Place sliced sausage evenly over top. Spread prepared mashed potatoes evenly over top. Bake for 35 minutes, or until top is browned.
