tomato soup, divided

bread crumbs

onions, chopped

egg, slightly beaten

low-sodium worcestershire sauce

black pepper
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 8"x4" loaf pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine half cup soup, chicken, crumbs, onions, egg, worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Mix well. Shape mixture firmly into prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Spoon remaining soup over top. Bake again for 30 more minutes, or until loaf reaches 165 on a meat thermometer; let stand five minutes before slicing.
