Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 13" x 9" pan with cooking spray; set aside. To prepare the crust, combine cookie crumbs and margarine in a mixing bowl until crumbly. Press onto the bottom of the prepared pan; set aside. In another mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, water, and oil. Mix until all is moistened. Pour over crust in pan. Spread pie filling evenly over top. Bake for 30 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
