pumpkin pie spice
Preheat oven to 425. Place pie crust on baking sheet. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix well. Pour mixture into crust. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350. Bake an additional 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Then, chill several hours before serving.
