powdered sugar, sifted
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 8" round cake pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. Add yogurt, oil, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix until all is moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle cooled cake with powdered sugar.
