                                Crust:

                                low-fat graham cracker crumbs

                                light margarine

                                   3 tbsps
                                granulated sugar

                                   8 ozs
                                fat-free cream cheese, softened
                            
- 
                                     1/2 c
                                granulated sugar
                            
- 
                                   1 whole
                                egg
                            
- 
                                   1 tsp
                                pure vanilla extract

                                  10 ozs
                                cherry pie filling
                            
 
                    
             
            
To prepare crust, combine crumbs, margarine, and three tablespoons sugar in a mixing bowl. Press mixture firmly in a 9" glass pie dish. Microwave on medium-high for one and half minutes, rotating dish once during cooking time. Meanwhile, to prepare filling, mix cream cheese in a glass bowl until smooth. Add remaining sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Microwave on medium-high for four minutes, stirring every two minutes with a wire whisk until smooth again. Pour mixture into crust. Microwave again on medium-high for two minutes longer, or until center is set, rotating dish once during cooking time. Let cool. Chill cheesecake for several hours before serving. Spread top with cherry pie filling.
