ground chicken breast

bell peppers, chopped

onions, chopped

25 slices
turkey pepperoni slices, chopped

pizza sauce

8 ozs
mozzarella cheese, shredded
Cook egg noodle substitute according to package directions. In a large skillet, combine chicken, bell peppers, and onions. Cook until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Stir in noodles, pepperoni, and pizza sauce. Cook until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and let stand until cheese has melted.
