red potatoes, cut in 1/2" pieces

red potatoes, cut in 1/2" pieces

parsley

garlic powder

onion powder

paprika

salt
In a large skillet, heat oil. Add potatoes. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Mix well. Cook and stir for 10 minutes, or until potatoes are browned.
